We have received several emails from those who have worked closely with Dr. Stephane Doyen and it has become clear why he has chosen to work with known sex pest Charlie Teo. He has his own dark past with numerous criticisms of him at his past places of employment. All of these related to women that he has had inappropriate experience with. We have received several emails about Stephane and it is clear to anyone that he is like minded as Charlie Teo.
2. Dr. Stephane Doyen is not the “leading” expert that he is made out to be.
He is neither an expert on Neuroscience or Machine Learning and is by no means considered an expert by his peers in this space.
This “expert” research has almost 75% of his citation represented by just 3 papers! All published over 10 years ago. If you take the time to look at his publishing profile you will note that his “modern publications” have barely any citations associated with them.
This is not the publishing record of an esteemed and relevant expert. It is the CV of a pretender who is pumped up by other peoples capital.
3. He is deeply associated with Charlie Teo.
Charlie Teo is the major shareholder of Omniscient Neurotechnology and the company has gone out of it’s way to cover up Charlie Teo’s founding of the company and ongoing involvement. Charlie Teo is a known Sex Pest, Associate of Known Criminals, and is Banned from working as a surgeon in Australia.
What does this tell us about Dr. Stephane Doyen as a person to associate so closely with Dr Charlie Teo? What does this tell us about his moral compass and decision making ability?

4. He is running a failing business.
Did you know that Omniscient Neurotechnology has had to fire some truly great people from management to just keep the business alive. They have had to restructure the company because the company does not make enough money and is growing at a very slow rate.
There are other companies that are doing much more in this space and are much more successful, and more importantly they have burnt through far less money.
Shareholders and past staff that have tried to help and have had plans that would make a big difference have been ignored and dismissed because it has not suited leadership.
5. What can you do to help get the message out?

It seems from an outsider looking in that the leadership team of Stephane, Mike and Stephen Scheeler, seem to be focused just as much on their outside interests and personal advancement as they do the company.
Surely with the level of investment in the company and the alleged importance of the work they are doing, that each of them would be fully and solely dedicated to the business and it’s success.
Spend sometime going through the LinkedIn profiles of the “leaders” and you will see how much outside activities they are up to.
7. The Future of Omniscient Neurotechnology
We have had insider tip that Omniscient is very close to running out of cash if they don’t get funds. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
The future of the company looks very grim, with no recent major announcements related to customers, technology breakthroughs or capital being acquired. With the current burn rate of cash we expect it could be out of business by the end of the year.
